Question #6: How long does it take to prepare my order?
Anwer: It takes about 5 days to print and design each mat.

Question #7: What is the size of the mats?
Question: Each mat measures 27 inches long and 17 inches wide.

Question #8: How are the mats sold?
Answer: They are sold by the pair (1 pair = 2 mats).

Question #9: Can I send you an image to print on the mat?
Answer: Yes you can, However make sure that the image is already large enough. We will not enlarge the image.

Question #10: What colors are the mats available in?
Answer: The mats are available in the following colors: aqua, biege,gray,white,light blue, light green,orange,peach,pink,tan, and yellow.

Question #11: Will I see what the mat with image look like before you ship it?
Answer: Yes we send you a preview of the mat with image before shipping it.

Question #12: When I designed my mats online some of the words looked off-center.
Answer: We will center the words on the mat before printing your mats.

Question #13: Do you use my personal information.
Answer: We use your information to mail your order to you and to email you about your order. We do NOT use it for anything else.

Question #14: My credit card; is it okay to use it?
Answer: Credit card information is taken on a secure server and secure connection.
